are experienced, dedicated to their profession and strongly motivated to
provide tangible value to their clients.
Rather than being employees of Gateway, associates are self-employed, operate a
sole-proprietorship, or have their own limited company. Associates choose the
projects they want to work on, determine their own availability and set their
own rates.
Gateway adds a reasonable
business fee to the
client invoice to cover the support it provides to the associate.
Gateway offers a
profit share to associates
who generate additional business for others in the group.
