Profit Sharing at Gateway
Gateway actively encourages its associates to support one another in generating new clients, and new business with existing clients. We believe that in helping one another, we help ourselves, and we create a richer experience for everyone.
The method and size of the profit share depends on the value of the referral and the effort required to win the business. It can be expressed as a simple finder’s fee, or as a percentage of the project billing.
All our negotiations on profit share are conducted transparently and with the full participation of the consultants involved.
