Anne Kaye
Anne has over 25 years experience helping clients to get the best from technology. She has the ability to quickly understand both the broad context, and discern what is relevant to the task at hand. Anne is an excellent group facilitator, management consultant and project manager. Here’s what Anne says about herself:

• Guiding Adoptive Families of BC through the process of creating a Strategic Plan to focus their efforts for the next three years
• Leading Mountain Equipment Co-op through the creation and implementation of an intranet site that connects their community across time and geography, and taps into their staff knowledge and experience
• Supporting the Ministry of Children and Families (Vancouver Coastal Region) in reorganizing their Local Area Network and developing SharePoint sites to hold and share their organizational knowledge
• Collaboratively developing communication tools and strategies that is changing the way MCFD’s Vancouver Coastal Region makes decisions, communicates with each other and acknowledges their contribution to the well-being of children and families
• Guiding Junxion Strategy in their development and implementation of a customized project management model and tool kit that’s making them more efficient, effective and profitable
• Managing a team of internal staff and contractors in the creation of Mountain Equipment’s premier e-commerce website
• Heading up the project that developed and implemented BC’s Child Protection system – still the primary data base supporting child welfare in the Province after more than 10 years
