Corinne is a senior IT professional with over 20 years experience focused on delivering business value from digital technologies.

Here are some recent examples of Corinne's work:

• Corinne worked with Electronic Arts as lead project/program manager for FIFA, one of the largest (6M units sold, est. rev $250M) game franchises for the #1 video game publisher worldwide. As Franchise DD, Corinne managed people, schedule and budget for core team of 67 with total team of 429. She successfully managed the development of dramatically increased scope for FIFA 06 resulting in a highly rated game with record breaking sales up 45% from FIFA 2005. Delivering FIFA 06 early contributed significantly to EA’s financial results in Q2.

• Corinne worked with Vancouver City Savings Credit Union’s Interactive Services department on the development of a Web metrics dashboard for the organization. The purpose of this initiative is to develop a common context and understanding of the capabilities of the organization, its challenges and directions, and to identify potential ways of improving business performance by applying best practices in the use of Web metrics and analytics technologies.

• Corinne led the redesign of Mountain Equipment Co-op e-retail website. The redesign received tremendously positive feedback from MEC members. During the peak retail holiday season period in December 2003 the redesigned site easily handled record volumes and delivered significantly higher revenues.

• Corinne assisted Rogers Financial Group with developing a strategic plan and implementation strategy for an upgrade to their external website. She also led the successful implementation of the first phase of the strategic plan which included a fresh new look and a new technically current architecture. This first phase positioned Rogers for providing, and efficiently managing, enhanced levels of functionality into the future.
