Dianne Grehan
Whether in a team environment or working independently, Dianne is an
accomplished project manager, business analyst, negotiator, risk manager, team
leader and team player.
Dianne brings 30 years experience in all aspects of the design, development
and implementation of IT solutions for hundreds of small to large
organizations, in both the private and public sectors. Here are some examples
that show the breadth of Dianne’s work:
• For Pivotal Corporation, Dianne managed client and development teams through
all phases of CRM software customization and implementation for numerous
clients including: Premera Blue Cross, Intrawest Corporation, Hewlett Packard,
Kimberley Clark and Trader.com.
• As a senior analyst and database specialist for the Ministry of Children and
Family Development, Dianne led projects to replace aging databases with new
technology, supported over 20 small database applications, assessed vendor
responses to Requests for Proposals and was instrumental in enhancing the
ministry’s application development methodology to address the needs of smaller
systems development projects.
• As an independent consultant, Dianne has been a key player in large
development projects in the private sector, has been the primary support person
for a small clothing manufacturer, has developed websites and has provided
telephone and on-site support to small and midsize companies.
