Gateway training is not about the trainer, it’s about the student! Our instructors are consistently rated as “excellent” in student evaluations.
We specialize in designing and developing customized training, primarily in the use of Information Systems. All our IT systems training is hands-on and is set within the context of the business process it supports.

Six-day workshops in the use of the Ministry of Children and Families Child Protection and Resources system
Gateway has been maintaining and delivering this training directly for the Ministry and though the Justice Institute for 10 years. We also deliver a customized version for staff in Aboriginal Child and Family Services agencies across the Province
Workshops in using a custom-built content management system for a large Credit Union
This training was developed for Vancity and delivered as one-on-one coaching sessions and small group workshops for over a year
Workshops in using a complex telephony system
The training was developed and delivered to groups as an integral part of the Vancouver Airport’s telephony upgrade
On-site training in the use of a Work Management System
Developed and delivered across the province to groups of Site Inspectors working for Work Safe BC
Training to support the introduction of a new Client Case Management System
These day-long sessions supported the introduction of both a new system and a new set of business processes to staff working, across BC, for Community Living BC
